What exactly counts as a tracker?

One tracker is one source you watch: one app on the App Store or Play Store, one subreddit, or one Product Hunt topic. Tracking Serenity+ on both stores is two trackers, because they are two review streams. G2, Capterra and Upwork trackers are not available yet — they are searchable but cannot ingest until we have a licensed feed and API access, and the app will not let you arm one.

Is there a Slack integration or an API?

Not yet — both are planned and neither is built, so please do not buy Team for the Slack digest or Scale for the API. There is no Slack app to install and no public API or outbound webhooks today; they are marked Planned in the table above for exactly that reason. What ships now: the email digest on Solo and up, and CSV export of signals, ideas, documents and trackers. When either lands, every plan that lists it gets it at no extra cost.

Why is refresh frequency metered?

Polling is the expensive part — every refresh re-sweeps all of your sources and re-clusters new items into signals. Weekly is plenty for validating a niche; hourly matters when you are tracking a competitor's decline in real time. One caveat we would rather state than bury: our scheduler currently sweeps once a day, so every plan refreshes daily at most right now, whatever its limit says. Sub-daily sweeps arrive when we move to infrastructure that permits them. On-demand refresh from the trackers page works immediately and does not wait for the scheduler.

What happens if I hit my tracker limit?

Nothing breaks. Existing trackers keep polling; you just can't arm new ones until you pause one or upgrade. Signal history from paused trackers stays in your workspace.

Are the signals just AI summaries? How do I know they're real?

Accepted Answer

Every signal links to every underlying excerpt — the actual review, thread, or posting, with a link to the original. The AI clusters and scores; it never invents. If a signal has 214 mentions, you can read all 214.

Can I change my niche or start over?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Workspaces are cheap to create and delete on every paid plan, and trackers can be re-pointed at any time. Your plan limits are the only constant.
